Barbara, we don't have any institutional program involving use of e-based
learning, but I have taken a distance learning course from University of
Victoria, one of their Cultural Resource Management programs. It was paid
for by my employer. I know one of my colleagues, too, has taken some
web-based courses in such things as programming and web design. So far it's
just been stuff like that - suggested by the employee, approved and
financed by the CHC.
