Possibly International Council of Museums (ICOM) or a sub-committee. Is
their a national museum association within either country? I know that
there are about 120 national museum associations but I don't know if
Mali or South Africa are included. Maybe UNESCO? I am sure you've
probably checked into possibilities with the sponsoring conference group
or groups.
