I'd be leary of sewing to what I consider oilcloth, with a paint type
surface.  But I'd be leary of the B-72 on cloth, too.  If it was a
sign, how was it hung?  Are there existing holes you could thread
through to attach a label?  This thread might show on the front, and
it could be a danger if the hanging label catches on something, but it
wouldn't make any new holes.  Don't pull the thread tight.
