Rebecca,
I don't know how many photos you have or what the images are. If some
lend themselves to grouping, why not use all three sizes? Group the 8 x
10's and use the 11 x14 and 16 x 20's to vary the exhibit design. The 11
x 14's, if used in a horizontal format, also lend themselves well for
over and under hanging. This would be much better visually that sticking
to just one size. Just a thought.
