Greetings all,
Has anyone dealt with a visitor accident during a tour at an off-site,
non-museum owned building? If you have, what steps did you take to
resolve the situation? Also, does anyone require tour leaders
(teacher, travel agent, etc.) to sign a waiver releasing the museum of
any liability during on and off-site tours? I am also curious how
other museums handle guided walking tours in terms of liability.
Thanks,
Karla Wheeler
