It does seem the only advertiser is General Motors, but the magazine is
"American Heritage of Invention & Technology" published by Forbes, Inc.
It's $15.00 for one year (four issues) and the address for subscriptions

(I have no connection with the magazine except I've just learned about
it and subscribed and I think it's wonderful.)
