Registrar - Full-time position with The Frick Art & Historical Center. Ideal
for a candidate with nonprofit background in a museum environment.
Responsibilities include; coordinating all tour logistics, art loans and
installations for The Frick Art Museum; performing all registrarial
functions relating to the permanent collections and collaborating with
designers on the creation and production of text and graphics relating to
exhibitions. Qualifications for the position are: BA in Art History or
related degree, a minimum of three years experience managing collections and
exhibitions in an art museum, computer literacy with graphic software,
Microsoft Office and museum data programs, high degree of organization,
detail oriented and proficiency in a foreign language (French) is preferred.
