How about doing a list of "shortcut" keys? I know ctrl-apostrophe (to copy
into the active field data that is in the field above it--essentially, a
"ditto" key) has saved me a >ton< of time inputing data into my Access
database, and to a lesser extent, the ctrl-; to input current date. I've
also had cause to use various foreign language accents and letters; knowing
how to "shortcut" these in Word saves a lot of time too (and also, even
though Word's accent shortcuts don't work in Access, it's worth knowing that
you can type the word you want, accents and all, in Word, then cut-and-paste
it into Access).
