Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden is beginning a strategic and
master planning process, and is looking for recommendations
for firms that are familiar with museums and/or public
gardens. We are unusual in that we are an entirely native
plant garden, and that we have a strong program in basic
research for systematic and evolutionary botany (we also
offer master's and doctoral degrees through a partnership
with Claremont Graduate University). We are anticipating
four main areas of work as part of this planning process:
public garden design, research facilities design, market
analysis and financial planning, and possibly a management
review of existing programs.
If you know of a firm that might fit the bill, please email
me at the address below. Thanks! -Richard Chute
