Try Kiosk Commander (http://www.rockmedia.com/multimedia/kiosks.html)
It, I think, allows you to have a limited amount of access to other
sites. The AMNH has used it in their galleries before. It also
allows you to keep people from using the computer inappropriately --
makes the browser secure.
