Since so many people have responded, I might as well also.  The Museum exhibition that is most memorable for me was the Aztec exhibtion at the Denver Museum of Natural History.  This exhibition was not only memorable but life changing, as it opened my eyes to a new interpretation of my heritage.  Museums have a important responsibility to offer new and engaging interpretations.
