Hope some of you folks can help. . . I have volunteered (in my spare time!!) to help a small midwest arts guild organize a juried exhibition of contemporary crafts. Never having even participated in a juried exhibition myself, I'm not sure of the best way to organize some of the
logisitcs: how much time should we allow for shipping after the jurying; who pays for return shipping after the exhibit closes; is it usual to charge jury fees; is it practical to ask those applying to submit duplicates of their slides; do we need to ask permission to duplicate
their slides for publicity purposes; can we keep their slides after the jurying is over; etc. etc. etc.

Any opinions or experience organizing similar shows would be much appreciated.
