what kind of range is $8.50 - $45.00? i've worked as an installer, early in
my career for some major blue chip galleries during the height of the
eighties. i think a fair and realistic 'range' for an hourly rate today, for
a general installation, would be $12.50-$17.50 an hour (and i stress the
word general.) this all depends on what is being installed. if you are
talking richard serra, double that amount.
that is a range.
