EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.  The Rock County Historical Society in Janesville,
Wisconsin, seeks a creative and motivated leader experienced in non-profit
management to oversee a growing institution that includes a local history
museum, archives, and a historic house museum known as the Lincoln-Tallman
Restorations.  Immediate priorities are fund raising, including an annual
fund drive, corporate sponsorships, and a capital fund drive.  Other duties
include daily operations, program development, community networking and
managing both human and financial resources.  Master's Degree required
along with non-profit management experience, strong leadership qualities,
grant writing and fund raising abilities, vision, initiative, and
diplomacy.  Salary: $32,000 - $40,000 plus benefits.  Send cover letter,
