Cynthia,
You should talk to the Science Museum (in England) about their oral history
program. I understand that they have done quite a bit of work along this
line.(The Science Museum, www.nmsi.ac.uk) Also, I've been told that there
is a book by Raymond Briggs, entitled 'Ethel and Ernest' which deals with
the topic of oral histories. It is published in the U.K. by Jonathon Cape
ISBN 0-224-0462-4. Good luck!
