I was trying to respond to the young woman interested
in NY employment who wanted to know if it's kosher
(oy, vey) to post one's resume to the list. But Yahoo
is a sick puppy, and I lost the ability to confirm my
response, so I'll mad lib it.
The answer is the group generally frowns on posting of
resumes (you won't believe how many wonderful young
people come here as have you looking for a job, those
smart people)!
However, you can post one on one of the sites noted at
the attached link, which also contains a huge section
on nonprofit and museum jobs:

If you're looking for NY employment, don't overlook
Geri Thomas' Art Staffing. She places lots of people
in that venue, and her link is on the above page.
