Greetings to everyone,

The Historical Society of Rockland County is about 30
miles north of New York City. On our site we have a
Dutch farmhouse built in 1832. There is a kitchen
garden and grape arbor next to the house. The gardens
have become overgrown over the years for a variety of
reasons. I am looking for good sources that discuss
the layout and appropriate plants for a garden from
this period. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thanks!
