Has anyone addressed the issue of Sexual Harassment in their Docent Guidelines?  Our docent council is doing some revisions and the issue was brought up.  While there are those who think that we will never have a problem, others feel that we should doing everything to ensure a safe and healthly atmosphere for our volunteers.  Any suggestions?
