Fashion Institute of Technology has a conservation track for Museum Studies
in clothing and textiles.  You might also try contacting the Canadian
Conservation Institute at 613-998-3721 or any of the professional
organizations for conservators in the U.S.  The best programs, or so I'm
told, are in Europe.
