HERITAGE COLLECTIONS by Mary-Lou Florian,  published by James & James
(Science Publishers) Ltd., 35-37 William Road, London NW1 3ER, UK.  I
bought it in Paris, and have not seen it here, but I imagine you could
get it from the publisher.  It's excellent.
