The Coronado Historical Association located in Coronado, CA is seeking a Manager of Operations and Events to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing museum operations, implementing community outreach and volunteer initiatives, and creating and executing special events.
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in community programming, volunteer/staff management, and event planning
Excellent writing, speaking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy, particularly in word processing, desktop publishing, and databases
Proven and effective project management skills
This position has an annual salary range of $55,000 to $67,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403b retirement, and paid time off. This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday. Some flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings, will be required to support public programs and events.
