RE:  Interaction with large numbers of visitors, you may want to look into
the Visitor Studies Organization.  Stephen Bidgood has done a great deal
of study on the topic of vistors in museums and zoos.  I have addresses if
you want them.  They have an annual Visitor Studies Conference, so there
