Dear Colleagues
I fully support Ian Jones' comments. Because the Secretariat is so
stretched even a simple job like setting up bank accounts in Paris for all
International Committies seems to take months and months. It would be so
much simpler if all acounts were in Euros and at each change of Committee
Treasurer a new account in a new currency in a different country did not
have to be set up. At present bank charges and currency exchange is costing
some Committees dearly.
The Secretariat needs more people now to do its job as it would like to.
Sincerely
Peter
