Dear colleagues,
The entire museum community is in grief when such a personality as
Emmanuel Arinze leaves us.
Not only Africa, but the whole museum world and ICOM, to which he was so
devoted, will miss this exceptional professional who dedicated his life
to heritage and museums.
Let his family, his friends, his colleagues, know how much we take part
in their sorrow.
The example he left us is inspiring and we shall not forget his
contribution to our world of to-day.
