There is NO overlap with AFRICOM.
AFRICOM is a pan-African and wholly independent Non-Governmental
Organisation (NGO). It is not a Regional Organisation of ICOM, nor
has ever been. It is, however, an Affiliated Organisation of ICOM
after requesting this status.
