Hi, Babe. Thanks for this information--it DID put a smile on my face! (By the way, I love your smile too, sweet thang!) I should forward this info to Kiko. She and the girls might have fun going to a noodle museum :-) Wasn't it a beautiful morning? There was a huge flock of crows circling and landing at Crisler this morning, calling out in unision against a red sky backdrop. It was really very eerie, and many people in line for the bus turned to stare at the sight. The bus was late, the air smelled wonderful, and the temperature was just right, so I hoofed it to work. There's something very gratifying about showing up at work with a thin patina of sweat on your brow. At least it makes me feel good. My body has been very happy lately with all this walking, especially my hips, which have felt almost normal again with the extra walking. I can't wait to go out at lunch. I'm still struggling with a destination; it might even be the Arb today, the hilly walk.... Well, sweetie, the morning is rushing by. I can't believe it's 9:30 already. I'm going to get another cup of coffee then call the 'rental units to let them know about Thanksgiving. It will be nice to have turkey at someone else's table this year! I hope you have a good day, honey. I'll see you tonight. I love you. Lin >>> Hayama Boy <[log in to unmask]> 11/08/99 07:48PM >>> Short News for those fanatic packed-noodlers out there ! A museum commemorating the inventor of packed noodles opens on 21 November 1999 in the outskirts of Osaka. It was on a grilling summer day of 25 August in 1958 that Momofuku Ando, the current chairman of Japan's leading food maker, Nisshin Foods Product Inc., finally made the success to make the first chicken flavored instant ramen at his humble shack in his backyard in Ikeda where he still lives.
