Hi!
You can use JMPin from the SAS Institute Inc.  This program is was used when
I took a Statistics course at university.  It allows you to enter data and
turn it into any graphic or chart and cross tabulate with different data
entries.  The program takes a little getting used to but the instructions
that come with it is excellent and easy to understand.  You can buy either a
Windows and a Mac version.  Hope this helps!
