In the new (April 1999) book Museum Job Descriptions and Organizational
Charts, the Appendix has two articles of interest to interviewers.  The
first, "Employment Practices and Employment Law" provides general
guidelines for conducting a search, the interview, and the follow-up,
including employment discrimination laws which also apply to the
interview.  The second article provides definitions of "Reasonable
Accommodation" under the American with Disabilities Act, which includes
suggested modifications or adjustment to the job, both in the actual job
and in the recruitment and interview process.

And, true to the title of the book, it also contains over 50
organizational charts and over 100 job descriptions in museums of all
