Just an irresponsible, off-the-cuff suggestion -- in the US things are shifting to "Edutainment" -- it's so American -- but if I were you I might look into special events. Has much to do with exhibitry, often exhibit companies do both, and its a valued skill in not-for-profits. But check this out with others, as I wouldn't stake my life on it being the best direction...
