Juli LLoyd et al, I was just at a training session yesterday where we learned to use Microsoft Outlook, which does scheduling and e-mail. The scheuduling feature seems quite easy to use if you can set up the correct public folders. This feature allows many to see the schedule but only those you want to write the schedule. Info is available on the Microsoft web site, the address escapes me, but how hard can Microsoft be to find. Hope you find a good solution to your scheduling problem.
