Our admissions officer has a "fish counter" (10 bucks) that fits in the
palm of your hand, whenever someone pays admission or if they're members
and do not pay admission, she clicks on the counter and records the
number at the end of the day in the museum day book up front. If there
are special groups or tours, those numbers get recorded in the same
place. All the data is then put into the computer and we generate a
graph showing admission from month to month.
