We have, at long last, sent a revised set of files listing about 250
maritime and naval museums in Britain and Ireland, and about 450 old
vessels, to the usual location in the Mailbase archives. The URLs are:

A. For a hypertext index page that lets you go either to the full
length file or to any of the smaller sections that collectively
comprise the full list:

http://www.mailbase.ac.uk/lists-f-j/history-sources/files/mar-museums.html

or B. If you just want the full file:

http://www.mailbase.ac.uk/lists-f-j/history-sources/files/maritime-museums

Be warned: this is a very big file, nearly 5000 lines of 7-bit ascii
plain-text - not HTML and no active links to the URLs listed.

These files were previously revised at the end of January. Apologies
for the delay in bringing them up-to-date. There are a few new
entries, one or two deletions and lots of new URLs (some of which may
already be out of date, for all we know!)
