We absolutely do not ever launder the gloves.  No matter what kind of
detergent you use, there may be some residue.  and our water here in the
southwest is very hard, thus we don't know what kinds of minerals might be
left on the gloves.  Why risk it?  Brand new gloves are fairly
inexpensive.  When they get soiled, we throw them away or give them to a
staff member who takes them home washes them and then uses them to polish
her furniture.
