During the war her son was travelling in the states visiting also some trade posts. The rug is in good condition, about 80 x 200 cm. Does anyone know something about the value of such a piece? The already took it to Sotheby`s but here in Europe there was nobody being able to tell her anything on the value. I checked several books for her on market prices of these Navajo rugs, but there were big differences and no way to fix a price, (f.e.: between 10.000 and 20.000 $). She does not intend to sell it, it seems to be a question a equality of values someday to be distributed to her daughters. Thanks in advance Christian Mueller-Straten
