Isn't the most important objective of a museum, regardless of what it is, or what is shows, is to encourage and help people with how to see? Looking closely is not a skill that is emphasized enough or that comes naturally. Museums one clear goal should be fostering critical viewing, critical engagement with what ever the object may be.
