1998/1999 INTERNSHIP The Lake County Museum in the north suburbs of Chicago is offering a 12-month full time, paid, graduate level internship to begin immediately upon acceptance of candidate. We are looking for a versatile museum person who likes working with people, has experience in museum programs and tours, and has a background in history. Interest in photography, reference and collection projects, and exhibition coordination preferred. Requirements include past museum experience and/or a bachelor's degree in museum studies, education, or history. Graduate work or degree preferred. The Lake County Museum is a department of the Lake County Forest Preserves, an equal opportunity employer. Annual salary is approximately $12,000 at $6.00 an hour.
