Hi Christine; If there are 5 licences, you should generate and allocate 5 login/password pairs which the users will immediately change. When these passwords are forgotten, as 'Administrator' you simply dive back in and allocate something else. The user then changes the password to something more memorable (not a name / phone number / birthday!) which they will then forget again.... And if a password holder leaves, the first thing you do is change their password.... As for 5 licences and 15 users, don't let the software police know! [You may be OK depending on the wording of the agreement -- so long as every logged-on user has a licence, you should be OK!] Training -- I suggest that you train the people by 'password group', i.e. those that will share the login train together. This indicates departmental use. Good luck! Tim.
