At our air museum we had an area where the women could sit in comfort with a good view and rest while the men kept looking and looking. You might think of something like that. Who knows, once you get them out of the car, into an outdoor garden or something like that, you just might get them to look in the door and go on in. Perhaps if your staff were to make it a point to visit with these women they found marking time out in the paring lot, while they did their other chores of course, and point out some of the displays that might interest them ("Motorcycle Babes' Leather" or "Women Motorcycle Racers"), then maybe they'd come on in.
