plus $3 shipping and handling.  This is an important reference tool for
trustees and staff who are responsible for establishing salary ranges for
new positions, reevaluating compensation for existing positions, or
developing employee benefits packages. The survey analyzes the salaries of
47 administrative, collection, education, exhibition, library and
operations positions by institution budget size, discipline and geographic
