The Maryland Historical Society has an opening for a photographic
cataloger.  This is a 17 month NHPRC grant-funded position to catalog
electronically approximately 50,000 film negatives and over 800
transparencies dating from 1940-1974.  Prospective candidates should have
an ALA accredited MLS, coursework in US 20th century history and/or
material culture, and experience in the cataloging of graphic materials.
Prior knowledge of MINARET software is preferred.
