This posting is especially for those in museums with audio tours for
their permanent exhibits (although I would appreciate everyone's input).

Our museum is debating whether or not to go to universal distribution of
our audio tour; charging a flat admission price and giving the visitor a
choice to either take or not take the audio tour.

For all those museums with audio tours for their permanent:

What is your policy regarding distribution?

Why did your institution adopt this policy?

Do you charge any fees for your audio tours?

In what or how many languages are your audio tours?

For all those who have been to museums with universal distribution
policies:

What was your experience?

Would you return to that museum?

What was the museum?

PLEASE, add any additional comments.

Thank you in advance for your help!
