ALTERNATIVE REVENUE QUESTIONNAIRE FOR CRAFT ORGANIZATIONS

Your information is vital to a project being conducted by second year
students at Carnegie Mellon University. The following questionnaire was
developed as a part of a Systems Synthesis project at the H. John Heinz
III School of Public Policy and Management.

Second year Master of Science and Master of Arts Management students
partake in Systems Synthesis projects, which are, in essence, a group
master's thesis. Students work together in groups, defining, analyzing,
and creating alternatives for their project.
