I work/volunteer at a railroad museum. I'm a building designer by trade, I just love trains. Our organization is, best I can figure, defraudung the city by using money that is supposed to go to a site to fund a bunch of "suits" as you call them, they call themselves the central admin of the three sites we administer ( one owned by teh state, two by the city. We also are giving alot of school group tours to raise money. Meanwhile, nothing gets fixed and roofs collapse. I am at a loss as to what to do.. if I blow the whistle (no pun intended), then most likely the city will take over, which would prob. be worse. The tours the kids get aren't worth what we charge, IMHO. T/L
