Elizabeth;

A few suggestions:

1. Talk to Doug Worts at the Art Gallery of Ontario who is certainly the
best-known visitor researcher in Toronto.

2. I can send you 12 pages of bibliography on visitor studies and evaluation,
if you will send me your snailmail address.

3. If you contact my colleague Karen Graham, Director of Ausit and Evaluation
for the Canadian Museum of Civilization Corporation, she will send you a
descriptive list of more than 60 studies that have been carried out at CMC
and/or CWM over the past 5 years. Most of these are available free of charge.

4. You could also join a very unofficial and loose association of 400+ visitor
researchers in 17 or so countries (no charge) by contacting the said Karen.

 karen.graham(at)cmcc.muse.digital.ca

(replace the (at) with the usual character, whicvh our absurd lan resents
encountering in msg text)

5. Join the Visitor Studies Association, the leading professional association
in this subject area. It is becoming increasingly international, publishes a
useful newsletter and has a conference which seems to get better and better
each year.

6. I would be happy to provide you with copies of papers I've presented over
the past few years, sample survey questionnares, etc., if you'll give me your
snailmail address.
