Thus far, I have heard no mention of the federal Work-Study Program for
college students.  For many postions, your museum can be reimbursed 75% of
the student's salary.   Most colleges also will fund the student full time
over the summer as well, provided they are pre-registered for fall courses.

Consult the finacial aid office of your local university, they are often
very excited to help museums.
