I m looking for information about the so-called Cammin casket (ca AD 1000),
once found in the cathedral in Kamien, Poland. It was presumably lost or
destroyed during WW2.

Our museum has a copy, though no one today knows where it comes from or how
it came in "our" hands . Perhaps it belongs to the "historic casting craze"
of the 1800 s (?).

I m thankful for any and all contributions, either about the original
shrine, or the copy.

Another question: The shrine was suppose to have held the remains of St
Cordula.
Who was St. Cordula??!!

Thanks and Happy Easter!
