I wouldn't use a prefab key word list for a unique photo collection.
First you have to anticipate most frequent likely use of the collection.
It all depends what this collection is about. The time I catalogued a
photo collection, my key words contained references to plane crashes,
landing strips, bombs exploding, vegetation, military installations,
rock formations, and human settlements. The collection is aerial photos
taking during WWII bombing missions. It is used by a few historians,
an occasional archeologists, but mostly island biogeographers interested
in vegetation and coastline changes. I would hate to think my scheme of
keywords would be lifted and applied to anyone else's collection!
