Dear Colleague:

When we are conducting visitor survey with questionnaires, it has been said
that
the laws of probability explain why a small sample can represent a large
group.

1. But what exactly are these laws? (academically or practically)

2. How does these laws relate to the representation ?

3. What should we need to avoid in order not to violate these laws ? in
other words,
During the survey, how might these laws may be violated?

Any opinions ? Hopefully it will stir up a discussion.

Best Regards,

Homer
