Butterfly wings

Kathy Corcora asked about paintings with butterfly wings.  I, too,
have seen some Victorian examples(of fairy pictures)--this was years
ago at the Maas Gallery, London, I believe.  More recently, Dubuffet
worked in this endangered media.
