From today's NY Times 1/25/96 (http://www.nytimes.com) The Museum of Chinese in the Americas, formerly the Chinatown History Museum, will reopen at 70 Mulberry Street (Bayard Street) on January 30 after being closed for renovations for 10 months. Its main gallery, with translucent 15-sided walls, is the work of Billie Tsien, the Manhattan architect, with the help of her partner and husband, Tod Williams. ___________________________________________ ROBBIN MURPHY, creative director, artnetweb [log in to unmask] http://artnetweb.com/artnetweb/ 426 Broome Street, NYC 10013 212 925-1885
